What's the difference between Lite and Pro?+

Lite is free and covers the core workflow: visit logging, household matching, basic reporting, and this Help Center. Pro ($30/month or $300/year) adds multi-location support, inventory tracking, QR client ID cards, custom report visualizations, bulk CSV import, and the feeding calculator.
