Partner Orgs

A client is an individual or household you serve directly. A Partner Org is another nonprofit you redistribute food to in bulk — for example, a smaller rescue that picks up pallets from your pantry rather than individual bags.

Create the Partner Org record first (name, contact, program, etc.), then use "Log Distribution" from their profile or the Partner Orgs list to record what was given — food type, weight, date, and any notes.

Each partner's profile shows their most recent distributions with a link to their full history. There's also a combined Distribution Log you can browse by day or filter to one partner, and admins have a dedicated Partner Org Distribution Report under Reports.
