Inventory

An admin turns this on in Settings. It's a Pro-plan feature, separate from the plan-level Pro gate — your org needs both the Pro plan and the tracking toggle enabled.

Use the Inventory → Receive page to record what came in and how much. The app keeps a running total by item type.

An admin can set an alert level for dog food and cat food under Settings → Feeding → Inventory Alerts, along with the email address to notify. When stock drops to or below the alert level, that address gets one email. It won't get another for the same item until stock has been restocked above the alert level, so a busy distribution day doesn't flood the inbox.
