How do I turn on inventory tracking?+

An admin turns this on in Settings. It's a Pro-plan feature, separate from the plan-level Pro gate — your org needs both the Pro plan and the tracking toggle enabled.

How do I log stock coming in?+

Use the Inventory → Receive page to record what came in and how much. The app keeps a running total by item type.

What are low-stock alerts?+

An admin can set a threshold per item type under Settings → Inventory Alerts; when stock drops below it, the configured recipient gets notified.
